November 2025 marks my entry into my 23rd year of Licensed Massage Therapy. In addition to my license, I have accumulated over 15 further certifications. Specialties and certifications include Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, treatment for sciatica, Upper and Lower Extremity Release, as well as, pre and post surgical and Hardware Awareness. In my career, my clients have experienced relief in the following areas: stress, insomnia, chronic pain, sciatica, lower back pain, shoulder and neck pain, anxiety disorder, depression and many more ailments that we, as humans, face every day.
